Congrats to Diana, the newest Featured Stamper (FS662) on Splitcoast! She has a sweet gallery & after much browsing, I chose THIS to case. I liked the display of color around the circular greeting so I kept that, but I used different images & dies & added little houses instead of color strips.
My card is pretty easy…I stamped the greeting & little globe onto the circle die cut then added a cobalt blue frame around it. I penciled in the shape of the circle & stamped my little houses & trees all around the perimeter then colored them in. Some sequins were added to finish.
Here are the Copic colors I used.
Thanks so much for stopping by!

Such an interesting Pinterest Board we have for the Splitcoast Inspiration Challenge. After gazing at all of the needle minders, I picked THIS one for my inspiration. I liked the spooky purple atmosphere it has.
It also doesn’t hurt that this greeting cracks me up. Maybe I’ll send it to my sister, lol. I stamped & colored this big ol’ spooky house then masked it to sponge in the cloudy purple sky. I added a little darker color around the edges then some stickles to the moon, water & ground in front of the house.

It’s my turn & my pleasure to host the Splitcoast Featured Stamper Challenge. A big congrats to Kerry! She has such a beautiful gallery & I chose THIS to case. I had the same cute little row of houses stamp, so I used that & kept most of the layout. But I used different colors, left off the bow & made mine a summer card instead of Christmas.
After die cutting the large circle, I hunted around for some paper to stamp the houses onto & came across a scrap of a hand marbled piece & I liked the color, so there you go. I fussy cut them & popped them up a bit. The trees were stamped, colored & cut w/ matching dies & the greeting is a rearranged version of the original greeting (Beautiful Day), plus I penned in 2 of the letters to complete it. I added a little sand at the bottom w/ a splatter image then cut the pieces of beach themed paper for the bg.
Here’s the inside & below it are the Copics I used.
