I made this for the Splitcoaststampers Fan Club September Christmas Challenge! I’ve been having so much fun being a part of the challenge this year & the bonus is I’ll have a bunch of Christmas cards finished in plenty of time for Christmas this year. You’ll need to be Fan Club member but that’s easy…just click the blue link to find out how. And since it’s Sept 1st & it’s my turn to host, I combined this with the Inspiration Challenge (IC655) and THIS was my inspiration.

For my holiday shopper, I stamped, colored & die cut here w/ the matching die. I did the same for the ornaments branch then die cut the large white panel & also a window in the top. I put the ornament branch behind the window, a larger piece of red behind it then framed the window.  Since the card is all die cut, it really went pretty fast. Hope my Christmas shopping is this easy!

Here’s a look at the inside & below it are the Copics I used.

Thanks so much for stopping by!

A big congrats to Mandy, the newest Featured Stamper (FS603) on Splitcoast! She has such a pretty gallery & after much browsing, I chose THIS to case. I liked the emboss resist & the masked off lower section, so I kept those. But I used different images, different colors & added a die cut image on top.

For my card, I put the white panel in my Misti, masked off the lower 2/3 of it & stamped the poppies w/ London Fog ink. After coloring them in w/ Copics, I overstamped them w/ white pigment ink then heat embossed them w/ white powder. I masked them off then stamped the flourish, embossed it, then sponged in the tumbled glass Distress ink on the background. A separate poppy image was stamped, colored, embossed & die cut w/ the matching die & I added it on top. After stamping the greeting, I added a turquoise layer & some dots w/ metallic white dimensional fabric paint & a few sequins.

Here’s a look at the inside & below it are the Copics I used for the poppies.

Such a lovely site Brenda chose for this week’s Inspiration Challenge (IC664). I was inspired by the lovely fall display of THIS picture. I also used the colors for this week’s Color Challenge (CC701).

And since the temps have been in the mid 50’s the last couple of mornings, I am hopeful it’s a preview of fall. I had a few more Shaving Cream backgrounds I made so I used one for the strip on the left & also for the leaves. After stamping the Open Leaf & Fall Leaf w Acorn  I fussy cut them, added them to a white oval along w/ some punched & die cut greenery. I added a little sparkle w/ some stickles & a sheer bow. I only used part of the greeting on the front, but put all of it on the inside.

Thanks so much for stopping by! Have a great weekend!
