For the Color Challenge (CC728) on Splitcoast, the colors are clover green, gold & black. Perfect colors for a St. Patrick’s Day card.

For my card, I thought this cute little dancer would look good paired w/ the Hat Full of Shamrocks in the window behind her. After coloring the hat, I die cut a white & a green frame & cut a window in the top. The greetingShamrock Vine Corner images were stamped & the little Jazz Dancer was fussy cut & added on top. I used a gold glitter gel pen to add a little sparkle to the fringe on her skirt & shoes.

Here’s a look at the inside & I’m so sorry, but I somehow deleted or forgot to take the pic of the Copics I used. Must be those leprechauns up to shenanigans!

Thanks so much for stopping by!

A big congrats to Ankita, the newest Featured Stamper! Her gallery is amazing & there were many I wanted to pick & finally chose THIS card to case. I liked the fun birthday theme & colors so I kept those, but I used different images & dies & turned mine vertical.

I just love this happy little birthday party..they’re so cute! After stamping & coloring, I stamped the smaller Happy Birthday around it using markers so it wouldn’t be too dark. The bigger Happy Birthday was stamped underneath & I colored 2 borders around the edges & added a few sequins.

Here’s the inside & below it are the Copics I used.

Thanks so much for stopping by!

X5!

We have a really wonderful site for the Inspiration Challenge this week..Fine Art America. I had a really hard time choosing, but finally went w/ THIS picture.

I didn’t have any fox images or dies (will have to see about that!), so I used a deer family die instead. I die cut them out of sand colored c/s then used Prismacolor pencils to add a little color to them.  The snow hills & birch trees were cut out of white & shaded w/ Prismas. On the lg black bg, I splattered it using a paintbrush & some white acrylic paint. Usually, I like to have a greeting on the front & it feels a little odd not to have one & not to use any stamps at all, but I guess I’ll get over it  😉

Here’s a look at the inside.
