For the Color Challenge (CC746) on Splitcoast, we have a really bright pink, pale pink & apple green. I’ve had this stamped Foxglove image sitting around for a long time. I don’t have the exact colors but I think I came close.
After coloring & die cutting the foxglove, I die cut a bunch of crochet borders out of the white, pinks & greens then colored just the very edges of some of them. I attached them to the card front, offsetting each row. To give the image a bit of separation from the bg, I added an embossed white panel behind it.

Today’s CAS Challenge (CAS537) is all about June weddings. So I have a really quick wedding card.
The wedding couple, greeting, & candles in the corner were all white embossed on turquoise felt card stock. It’s not really made of felt, but it has that same textural look to it. It’s backed w/ a WFD (wrinkle free distress) background I made w/ Distress oxide inks. the flourish across the top was cut out of the same paper & I added a few pearls on it.
Here’s the inside. I flipped over the negative of the die cut for the front & used it as a stencil on the inside.

Welcome to June & to the Splitcoaststampers Fan Club June Christmas Challenge where I’m filling in for Stacy this month. You’ll need to be Fan Club member but that’s easy…just click the blue link to find out how. Bet you’re wondering what the challenge theme is..I’d love to tell you but you’ll have to go see for yourself.
To make my CAS Christmas card, I white embossed the polka dot bg onto red card stock using white ink & white powder. I die cut the largest layer, the scallop borders & the 25 out of it. The holly image was colored & fussy cut to add underneath. The half die cut/half stamped greeting was added on the largest white layer.
Here’s the inside & below it are the Copics I used.
