A big Congrats to Kathy, the Newest Featured Stamper (FS395) on Splitcoast! Such a wonderful gallery and it was hard to choose, but I went with THIS card to case. I kept most of the layout w/ the little houses & the Christmas theme, but I used stamps instead of dp and made mine into little layered inchies.
After stamping, coloring and die cutting the little houses & trees into inchies, I attached them on slightly larger squares, then onto my card front and added some stickles on the snow areas. The greeting is actually a combination of two stamps that I put together. The little star is from another image and I added a crystal in the center. The finished card is 4.25 x 5.50 and these are the Copics I used.
Thanks so much for stopping by! Congrats again, Kathy!

A couple of fun challenges on Splitcoast today! This is for the MIX Challenge (MIX83) & QFTD Challenge (QFTD225). For the MIX, when I’m creating cards, I usually go for COLOR..I love it vibrant, no matter what hue. This particular card, since it’s Halloween uses the warm fire spectrum. And for the new Queen for the Day (& new hostess), I was inspired by THIS card of Jenn’s w/ the cute little witch.
Love this fashion forward witch legs image and the greeting is perfect! I stamped her lovely legs, colored with Copics then added the die cut greeting and a fussy cut witch hat on top. Just a little stickles was added to the stripes on her legs and the hat band. I added a black leftover negative from a die cut border underneath the panel.
For the background, I sponged on yellow & orange ink then stamped the stars at the top. I used a white marker to color in the stars then added stickles on top. The finished card is 4.25 x 5.50 and these are the Copics I used.
Thanks so much for stopping by! If you haven’t, please click on over to the DRS Thursday Challenge..this week show us a Creepy or Crawly or Scary card! DRS images are not required!

I used the fun Kitty & Jack image along with the new Boo die for my Halloween card. This image is a lot of fun to color! I also stamped, colored and fussy cut just the kitty & jack part to pop up on top of the base image. The base image was die cut w/ a large circle and I trimmed of the bottom just below the rock wall & added a larger die cut circle behind it. Boo was die cut out of a dot embossed textured black & stacked on top of 2 more die cut Boo’s for a little depth. The large distressed orange dp was stamped with the new Wood Background image using the rusty hinge ink. I punched one black bat fence and another out of a black Halloween text print..the solid black fence has some yellow highlights added to the top.
The yellow leafy dp on the left was a leftover strip from something else and I used a curved border die on the right edge & added some black faux stitch lines. On the inside, I added some leftover dp and punched bat fence to frame the fun Fraidycat greeting.
The finished card is 4.25 x 5.50 and these are the Copics I used.
The card below is one I did using some of the new Leaf Pops Negatives & It’s About Time images & a clock die also available at Serendipity Stamps. Just click the picture and it will take you to all the details on this card.
