Although I love using lots of color, sometimes I’m in the mood for neturals. I also love making cards with wreaths on them. So today I have a Thanksgiving wreath card done in all neutral earth colors. This is pretty quick and easy to make, so let me give you the steps.
For the Inspiration Challenge we are visiting The Wreath Shop & their Pinterest Board where I found THIS picture for my inspiration.
I pulled out a handful of neutral card stock: tan, Kraft, ivory, vanilla & a textured cream. Two different wreath dies were used. The leafy one was cut out of ivory & the twig was cut out of vanilla & stacked on top of the leafy wreath. I added a card board back to the leafy wreath for sturdiness. Two different dies of little pumpkin were used to cut the pumpkins & 1 gourd out of each of neutral colors. Again I added card board behind each of them. A few wheat ears were die cut out of Kraft and attached on either side. The background was cut out of Kraft & attached to a plain tan piece. I wanted it to show but not take over. Finally, the greeting was white embossed on Kraft & die cut w/ its matching die.
Thanks so much for stopping by!
