Autumn Cozy Corner

Today I have an autumn scene set in a cozy little nook in front of a window. Complete with pumpkins and a little gray cat looking out the window. All you need are some dies to cut these parts in your choice of colors. Add a die cut panel background and a fall themed paper and you are set.

It’s my turn to host the Inspiration Challenge and we’re visiting Hello Haley and her Pinterest Board. THIS lovely scene was my inspiration.

All of the living room items were die cut out of little scraps of different colors. I lightly sponged the edges of the pieces w/ similar colored inks to give them a little depth before putting them all together. Just the double pane panels of the window were used. I attached a piece of antique ivory vellum behind the panes then attached a piece of my background designer paper behind that. Love how it gives the impression of looking thru the window. The white panel was die cut w/ the woodgrain sign die & the rest of the same designer paper was cut using its larger back panel. I added a few pumpkins & a little wreath for the window from the Autumn Door parts die to complete the scene.

Thanks
so much for stopping by!
