A birthday card featuring a two layer hydrangea w/ a watercolor look (no coloring required!) & a diagonal stripe card cover die. Change up the colors & greeting for any occasion.
The Inspiration Challenge this week is a place called Heirloomed & their Pinterest Board where I found THIS pic for my inspiration. I liked the stripes w/ the flowers.
I did cut the diagonal stripe cover die out of black & had a large white panel to go behind it. The hydrangeas are multi part images, w/ an outline part & solid part for the color. I used a couple of pinks & blues for one set & pinks & yellow for the other, then die cut them. I added stickles to the flowers then arranged them on top & inside the diagonal stripes. I thought it needed a little more color, so I added some blue behind a few on the bottom and some lt green behind a couple on the top.

The greeting was die cut & I used a pink marker to outline the edge.

Thanks so much for stopping by!
