Flower Arches

A fun, easy, colorful card for a speical birthday girl. Change up the greeting and this would be perfect for Mother’s Day, get well or just thinking of you. It’s also a great way to use some colorful backgrounds that maybe aren’t that wonderful on their own.

It’s my turn to host the Inspiration Challenge IC1053 & we are visiting proflowers & their Pinterest Board where I was inspired by THIS picture.

To make my card, I had a background that I saved because it had some pretty ink colors mixed around. It was actually a large white heavy envelope that I used under something I was color blending. I moved it around until I found the area I wanted for the flowers & another area w/ greens for the leaves. They were heat embossed w/ black then die cut. The leaves were trimmed off the green version & added to the pink flowers. The greeting was also black embossed. I used 4 of the arches to cut the graduated sizes of turquoise arch frames, then attached them as seen. The bottom one was popped up & each succeeding arch was popped up on the right sides to even them out. The flowers, greeting & some black glitter sequins were added.

Thanks
so much for stopping by!
