To make my tasty cupcake, I colored & die cut it. The wrapper was white, so I used a couple of pink Copics to add the polka dots. It’s popped up one layer & I added stickles on the icing highlights. It was attached to a white background die cut w/ the new Swiss Cheese cover. It’s also popped up one layer. The little flag banners were cut out of mauve & added in the upper right w/ the greeting on top. The whole front is attached to a larger piece of the same mauve pink.
This is an easy card to make & this cupcake is so sweet the recipient is going to love it!
