Today, I have a sweet little coffee thank you card with a Holiday theme. A great way to show your thanks for a lovely gift or party and maybe even stick in a coffee gift card for someone you want to thank. Your appreciation will surely be noticed with this. Change the greeting and make it a winter/holiday time birthday and stick in that gift card for them.
It’s my turn to host the Featured Stamper Challenge FS932, so a big congrats to Jenn! She has wonderful gallery & I chose THIS card to case. I kept the layout & coffee theme but used different dies, a little different colors & made my divide a curvy line instead of straight. I also added an embossed greeting.
After die cutting the Lattice Cover out of heavy white, I attached to another piece of the same heavy card stock. I knew I wanted to add the divide so I wanted it to be sturdy enough to handle it. I used one of the Wavy Lines dies to cut off the bottom section. I used the same die to cut out a section between the top & bottom in order to place a piece of designer paper between them. After looking at it, I decided to trim down the cut out section & attach it to the center of the designer paper, for a little more interest. The greeting was heat embossed with a green glitter powder & cut using its coordinating die. For the coffee cup, I used a different piece of the same paper pad plus some dark red for the accent parts. I also added some of the red to the edges of the cut to make it stand out more. Some holly with a little red stickles on the berries was added to the top of the cup.
Thanks so much for stopping by!
