Welcome to Day 6 of Tracey McNeely‘s 25 Days of Christmas Tags! I’m here representing Serendipity Stamps w/ a brand new Snowman w/ Umbrella image. Isn’t he cute?

After placing him in my Misti, stamping him w/ Memento & coloring w/ Copics, I over stamped w/ Versafine to bring out the details. I cut him w/ a large tag die, doing a little out of the box to keep from cutting his umbrella then used a craft knife to cut around his mitten & the umbrella shaft to place the postage stamp frame around & under him. A die cut Merry was added above the stamped Christmas & a fussy cut snowflake added beside him. Some colored gems were glued over his buttons and a little stickles was added to the snow & snowflake. Can’t have too much sparkle for Christmas!

Supplies:

Stamps: Serendipity Stamps – Snowman w/ Umbrella, Christmas, Snowflake
Paper: X-Press It white, heavy white (Recollections), small scrap of red
Ink:  Memento tuxedo black, Versafine onyx (to over stamp after coloring)
Accessories:  lg tag die (ODBD-retired),  Misti,  stickles, crystals, Spellbinders Postage Stamp, rectangles & Merry dies, ribbon, baker’s twine

    Love the layout on the tag. So cute to see the snowman in the postage stamp. Wonderful coloring and layering.
