Welcome to the November Challenge for Serendipity Stamps! This month the challenge is to make a Christmas or Holiday card! You can get all the details over on the Serendipity Challenge Blog. We have something new…a “Stamp of the Month”. Each month a different image will be 50% off. This month- it’s the Skating Snowman. Be sure to check out the great deals on the Clearance Stamps & sale stamps! And as always, we have a gift certificate up for grabs to a random player.
Isn’t this Christmas Tree Farm image wonderful? After putting it in my Misti and stamping it w/ Memento, I colored it w/ Copics then over stamped using Versafine. It was die cut & I added a kraft colored mat & some stickles. I also stamped, colored, over stamped & fussy cut 3 trees from the Winter Farm image & added them in the lower right corner. After adding a couple more layers, the Merry Christmas was stamped underneath the image. I had a leftover strip of green houndstooth dp that I thought fit right in, so it was attached down the left side. The large Pretty Bow (available at Serendipity Stamps!) was die cut & embossed w/ a dot folder before attaching & I added a holly brad in the bow center.
Here’s a look at the inside (using the small bow) & below it are the Copics I used.
