I have a very shimmery, all die cut card today. All of the card stock is metallic so it really catches the light. This could be a Thank You card for a lovely Christmas gift, or for a lovely Christmas or New Year’s Party. Change the greeting and it’s a Christams or New Year’s card. The colors would also work for Hanukkah.
It’s my turn to host the Inspiration Challenge (IC992) and we are visiting IMAGELLA & their Pinterest Board. I was inspired by THIS picture.
The large background die was cut twice. Once out of a dark blue metallic & again out of a lighter blue metallic then pieced together inside the frame. I liked the 2 colors together & thought it added more interest by alternating the colors. The wreath was cut out of a dk silver & a third, silvery blue metallic. The stars were all die cut out of a lighter silver metallic & the moon was done in a darker silver metallic. I did the same with the Thanks greeting & shadow. I added some sprigs out of the blues & silvers to tuck under the largest star.
Thanks so much for stopping by!
