A summer card featuring two lovely ladies on the beach. Great to send to a friend for a birthday, a summer vacation, or just thinking of you. One set of stamps w/ dies & some beautiful beach themed paper are all you need. Change up the colors to customize for your own.
For the Inspiration Challenge, we are visiting Free People & their Pinterest Board where I was inspired by THIS picture. It reminded me of this stamp set of girls sitting on the beach. Originally, there was only going to be one girl, but when I added the greeting, I thought she needed a friend.
This card was pretty easy. After coloring & die cutting the 3 images, I cut the 2 different papers. I used a smaller mini slimline for the narrow paper & dk blue layer. Then I used a smaller plain rectangle to cut out the center of the dk blue to make a frame to sit on top of the beach paper. The greeting was added directly onto the beach scene paper & the girls added below.
Here are the Copics I used: (the V01 was used to underpaint for shadows on the skin, hats & swimsuits)
Thanks so much for stopping by!
