Ghoulie Neighborhood

Today’s Ways to Use It Challenge on Splitcoast (WT498) is to use any tree. My card has some spooky little trees in the neighborhood. And some cute little ghosts in striped socks all ready to trick or treat.

My card is pretty quick & easy…I started by doing a brayered background w/ the yellow/orange end of rainbow pad and added a little red/orange toward the bottom. I die cut a black frame with an opening large enough so I could stamp my little scene inside on the bg. I also stamped the moon again on white, cut it out and glued it on top of the base. The greeting was white embossed and a white gel pen was used to fill in the little windows of the houses. The little ghouls were fussy cut and added on top.

Thanks so much for stopping by! If you haven’t, please head on over and check out the DRS Thursday Challenge…this week, Leaf it to Me (use leaves on your card). DRS images are not required so be sure to link up your creation.
