This is for 2 challenges on Splitcoast..Technique (TLC596 – Bordered Sentiment) & Clean & Simple (CAS387 – Christmas).
To make my card, I put the lady image into my Misti, stamped her w/ Memento, colored w/ Copics then overstamped w/ Versafine. I stamped the greeting under her then used a mask large enough to cover the greeting & also placed a mask on the lady. Then I stamped the flourish w/ the greens ink pad & used a ruler to draw the lines around the greeting. After die cutting the panel, I edged it w/ a green marker & used a die that only does 1 stitched line above & below the greeting . A little stickles was added on the flourish.
Here are the Copics I used.

A big congrats to Cheri, the newest Featured Stamper (FS463)! She has such colorful, vibrant gallery & I chose THIS to case. I kept the snowy winter scene & most of the layout, but I used different images, different colors and used a window instead of the snowflake border. This also uses the Sketch Challenge (SC571).
I used a large image for my card, but I split it in two & put the top part inside the window & the truck below. Everything was colored with Copics & I had to do a little out of the box to keep from cutting off some of the branches & the front of the truck. The greeting circle was stamped, die cut & added on the upper right.
Here’s the inside & the Copics I used.
Congrats again, Cheri! Thanks so much for stopping by!

Today’s Inspiration Challenge (IC507) is a Pinterest board full of fabulous mixed media art. I could spend all day looking at the beautiful pictures. My card was inspired by THIS picture.
I already had the mixed media bg made, just waiting around to be used. It was embossed w/ a chevron folder, then Versamark ink rubbed over it & heat embossed w/ a shabby white/gold embossing powder. I did the same to the wave die cut at the bottom.
The greeting circle was stamped & gold embossed & I also added a few gold embossed splatters. The different shells were all gold embossed, fussy cut & I used a couple of Prismacolor pencils to add just a hint of color. A die cut vellum twig wreath was attached around the circle (it reminded me of coral) then the shells were added on top.
Here’s the inside.
