A fun, colorful Halloween card w/ some adorable dress up pumpkins, bright colors & a cute striped background paper cut w/ a piercing die of circles.

After stamping, masking and coloring in my dress up pumpkins and cat, I die cut the panel and added a purple layer behind it. For the striped bg, I used a new Rubbernecker Halloween paper pack and used a circular piercing plate on it. Then another, very narrow purple layer. A few gems were added for sparkle.
