A sweet & bright Valentine card featuring a pair of sweet on each other gnomes. Quick to make since the XOXO is a cover die & all you have to do is add colored paper behind it.
A big congrats to Polly, the newest Featured Stamper (FS887)! She has a lovely gallery & I chose THIS card to case. I kept most of the layout w/ the circle element on top, but I used different images, dies & colors and used a cover die instead of the fun fold.
The cute gnome couple image was colored & die cut w/ the coordinating dies. I die cut the circle stitch layer (from the cover die) out of turquoise, trimmed it from the rest of the die cut, & attached it on top of a white circle. The gnomes have foam attached to the back to pop them up. Â After die cutting the XOXO cover out of white, I added a piece of bright red behind it then put back the centers of the O’s before attaching a turquoise layer behind it. When I was sure I wouldn’t need to touch it, I added dimensional glaze to the heart to make it shiny.
