This is an easy card that would be perfect for making more than one at a time. The pop of glitter is sure to catch their eye and it would be a breeze to switch out the color to say, red or green or any color you choose. The snowflake background is one cover die so no fiddly pieces. The Joy is a duo, horizontal & vertical. How cool is that?
A big congrats to Robin, the newest Featured Stamper FS964! She is a scrapper & has some beautiful pages. I chose THIS one to case. I kept the blue background & snowflakes, but I turned mine into a card & replaced the square picture with a die cut word inside an oval.
To make my frosty card, I die cut the snowflake cover twice out of white & glued them together. I also die cut a few areas out of white glitter & pieced them inside the snowflakes. Not necessary, but I like the sparkle. The same white glitter was die cut w/ a stitched oval & the inside cut out with a smaller oval to make a glitter frame. This frame was placed on top of a same size white oval. I used an even larger oval to cut out the center of the lt blue panel then placed the snowflake cover & the stacked oval on top. The vertical Joy was also cut out of white glitter & the shadow in the same lt blue.
Thanks so much for stopping by!
