Today, I have a clean and simple card with punches of bright color that are so easy to add with this new Paint Strokes set. Select from the different strokes, pick your colors and stamp! It’s that easy. By putting them in the Misti, one at a time, I was able to add more color in the places I wanted and also mix colors in the same areas. This set makes it easy to look like you watercolored the paint strokes.
For the Inspiration Challenge, we are visiting MOREUSHOP & their Pinterest Board. I was inspired by THIS picture.
To make my card, I die cut the white panel & put it into my Misti. I selected some of the different paint stroke images & did them one at a time so I wouldn’t accidentally get ink from one image to the next. I stamped each one the first time w/ the lightest color. Then repeated using progressively darker color near the bottom of each one. The flowers were stamped on white & die cut. I placed a clear plastic sheet over the background, placed the flowers were I wanted them, then repeated the brush stroke inkings on top of the flowers. The flowers were popped up a bit & attached on top of the brush stroke background. The greeting was added directly onto the background then it was attached to a bright blue panel. Some sequins finished the card.
Thanks so much for stopping by!
