Flower Pocket

Today’s Inspiration Challenge (IC746) has a lot to inspire! I used THIS picture  as inspiration for my card. They were using an alcohol ink bg & alcohol lift ink so I made a reddish  AI bg & used the lift ink to stamp the stripes, then die cut the flowers.

The circle/squares die was used for the bg & I put a piece of blue/green shaving cream bg behind it as contrast to the red flowers. Then I couldn’t decide how to arrange the flowers. I bet that never happens to you!  The angled corner piece was hanging out so I told it to suit up, stamped the greeting on it & tucked the flowers inside. For a touch of sparkle, I added a few clear sequins.

Thanks so much for stopping by! Keep safe!

  1. Wow, Julie, this card rocks. Love the die with the pretty colours peeking through and how you have those lovely flowers tucked in the card.
