Today’s Technique Challenge (TLC547) wants us to use just one word & no images, but any embellishments we want. Geez, Louise! That’s a toughie for me! No images? No coloring? The only thing I could think to use was this card covering die of Hot Air Balloons. It’s seriously fabulous & makes a CAS (clean & simple) card look dressed up.
I die cut it once out of heavy white c/s & again out of yellow designer paper then stacked it a little offset. I added the double stacked Hello die for my one word, added a few sequins & that’s pretty much it. Here’s a look at the inside.
I trimmed around one of the cut out balloons, added a couple of clouds & a greeting.
Thanks so much for stopping by!

Brilliant!
You did a wonderful job with this tough challenge. How interesting to see all those balloons cut out. The pop of yellow is really nice.
Love you card Julie! You are so clever using the bottom half o the Cock-a-doodle-do image – What’s Up With You goes perfectly with this die!

I am redecorating my spare bedroom as a guest room and playroom for my grandkids with the theme being flying, airplanes, hot air balloons, kites. The colors will be gold, white, black. I was wondering if you sell what you make? I love the hot air balloon card front that you made that says Hello. It would look nice on the room wall I think.
Would you sell it and how much would it be? Thanks, Julie Higgins (from Nebraska). juhiggins@aol.com
Hi there, I am wondering if you are still selling this hot air balloon reverse die? I would love love to buy it if so. I look forward to hearing back from you.
