A big CONGRATS to Susan (One4Joy), the newest Featured Stamper (FS354) on Splitcoast! I’ve been a fan of Susan’s for a long time and I love her wonderful thoughtfulness and quirky style. While I love her projects, it was hard for me to case her. I chose THIS beautiful card to case. So my attempt is close..I kept the same layout and big circle element, but I used different images, different embossing folder and added a bow instead of the felt snowflake border.Â
I embossed the lovely ornament w/ a sparkly black/green powder onto a shimmery mint green card stock and die cut it w/ the coordinating die. The shimmery dark green card stock was embossed w/ a multi image folder, but I only used one section and moved it around to selectively emboss the same snowflake line three times. I added two die cut mint green borders on top and bottom w/ the greeting stamped on the lower one. The ribbon for the bow was colored w/ Copics to match and the finished card is 4.25 x 5.50.Â
