What a fun technique for today’s Technique Challenge (TLC449) on Splitcoast…Faux Whitewash! I followed the instructions except instead of dye ink/waterbrush I used my water based Tombow markers.

After embossing,whitewashing and coloring w/ the markers, I added a die cut sentiment and some whitewashed sunflowers on the large layer. Some white buttons were used to fill in the empty space beside the image.

Paper:  Neenah white, kraft
Ink: Colorbox frost white pigment, dune chalk ink
Accessories:  Spellbinders rectangle & petite oval dies, Tombow markers, buttons, white embossing powder
