  • Pumpkin Spice

A big congrats to Leslie, the newest Featured Stamper (FS821) on Splitcoast! She has a wonderful gallery and after much browsing, I chose THIS card to case. I kept the gnome theme & cute layout, but used different images, dies & colors and made mine a fall card.

For my pumpkin spice gnome card, I stamped, colored and die cut the trio of cute gnomes and pumpkins. The greeting was die cut w/ a stitched circle die & popped up.  The white panel was already cut using a deckle rectangle and a large oval cut out of the center. I backed it w/ a larger rust colored rectangle that I ran thru w/ a circle pattern piercing die. The fall paper had just the right colors for my card so I added it behind & attached a few little falling leaves here & there.

These are the Copics I used:

  • Spooky House

A spooky fun die cut Halloween house using a fun add on for the original house die. Easy to customize w/ different colors & papers.

I’m hosting the Splitcoast Inspiration Challenge (IC882) this week and we’re visiting the Jolly Christmas Shop and their Pinterest Board where I found THIS picture.

My haunted house card was created using some dies and some new paper. After die cutting the house & Halloween add ons for it, I die cut a polaroid frame to go behind the house. I did move the die up after cutting it the first time, to make the bottom a little shorter. Then I added a layer black behind the frame and attached my house and the parts to it. The greeting was added on the frame and a piece of the new paper was used for the background. The cute little owl is part of the paper & I fussy cut it to add above the house.

  • Pumpkin Mini Slimline

For the Splitcoast Inspiration Challenge (IC881) we’re visiting Party City & their Pinterest Boards where I found THIS picture.

For my Halloween mini slimline card, I started by die cut the Halloween paper w/ a mini slimline die.The white topper was die cut w/ a smaller die & I also used a 3 circle die on the top which just happened to line up w/ the pumpkins in the paper. I used several Halloween dies..the witch’s hat, cauldron & broom, along w/ the jack o lanterns, bats, the owl & spooky tree, and finally the drippy border and arranged them all on top.
