Dandelions

My card today is a dual row of dandelions. The front yard has dandelions a plenty right now but instead of white, I made mine purple with glittery centers. These dandelions are so fun and you can do a whole row of them or just a few. The matching dies make it so easy.

It’s my turn to host the Inspiration Challenge IC1061, and we are visiting Zenglo & their Pinterest Board. I used THIS color palette as my inspiration.

To make my card, I started with the background. I used 3 colors of ink & 2 stencils. First the circle paver then I used the swirls on top w/ just a little of lightest turquoise ink. I wanted to give it that magical, swirling movement. The row of dandelions was stamped directly on top using a purple pigment ink. I also stamped just the ends to lengthen it across the panel. The popped up row of dandelions was stamped w/ the same ink & die cut to add on top of the frame. I took another piece of white & cut out the center w/ the largest rounded Marquee die to make the frame. The die cut greeting and small dandelion were added at the bottom. A little glitter glue was added to the flower centers.

Thanks
so much for stopping by!
