Thanksgiving Pumpkins

Today I have a quick and easy card for Thanksgiving. Or switch up the greeting and just have it as a fall card. All you need is a few dies, some pretty paper and a greeting. Since only a 2″ band of designer paper is used, you could make several out of one sheet. A lot of bang for your buck!

It’s my turn to host the Featured Stamper FS976, so a big congrats to Karen! She has a big, beautiful gallery & after much browsing, I chose THIS card to case. I liked the layout so I kept that & the pumpkins. I used different dies, different paper, slightly different colors & added a greeting.

To make my pumpkin card, I die cut the 2 pumpkins out of 2 shades, one a little more orange & the other a little more rust. I used 2 inks & blending brushes to add a little more color to the tops & bottoms of the pumpkins. The ivy was cut out of 2 shades of green. I cut a 2″  piece of designer paper & used an edge die to add the green borders. The pumpkins are popped up & the greeting was added below them. Pretty simple!

Thanks so much for stopping by!
