Big Hello

This is a card featuring a pretty die cut floral along with a really big Hello die cut. It’s all done in lovely shades of pinks along with some lt blue to give it a lavender look. It would be perfect to send to a friend for a birthday, anniversary or just to say Hello. Maybe even a Galentine for your BFF. It’s all die cuts plus a little ink so it’s not hard to make but it will make the recipient feel very special.

For the Inspiration Challenge, IC1002, we are visiting A Maker’s Studio & their Pinterest Board. I was inspired by the flowers & colors of THIS picture.

To make my card, I die cut the floral bouquet & Hello w/ Shadow twice each out of heavy white. I left the insets inside one of the bouquets & used the detail brushes to ink the petals with the rose & a little of the blush toward the inside edges. Then I brushed on a bit of the sky blue just on the insides. Then the inked insets were placed inside the all white outline. The single flower was popped up on top of the bouquet. I inked the top Hello the same way, then attached it to the plain version then onto the shadow which is also double stacked. I added a white outside scallop frame around the purple designer paper then attached my bouquet & greeting.

Thanks
so much for stopping by!
