Spring Bike Ride


For the Splitcoast Inspiration Challenge (IC849), we’re visiting a company called Babasouk & their Pinterest Board where I found THIS lovely picture.


For my spring slimline, I stamped, colored & fussy cut the bike, then sponged the background sky, grass & sun. I used some little flower images from the Woodlands set to ad the row of flowers. The picket fence was die cut & since it’s an A2 size, I didn’t cut all the way to the end, moved the die down, matching up the pickets, & cut the rest of the way, effectively adding almost another length of fence. A lt gray Copic was used to add some dimension to the fence. A couple of sections of grass were added; 1 behind the fence & 1 in front. The cloud edges were lightly sponged & added across the top.
