Dino Driving

If you love illustrations for Children’s Books, you’re going to love the Splitcoast Inspiration Challenge (IC759) this week! I was inspired by THIS fun illustration.

After coloring & die cutting the Dino & trees, I created a “wagon” using a truck die. Rubbernecker makes a wagon die & I truly thought I had it, but didn’t when I made this card.  I have since rectified that little problem 😀  . A dark green Prismacolor pencil was used to make the slats on the side of the wagon. For the background I used a stitched hills die to cut the ground out of brown & made a mask w/ it to sponge in the green hills. A cloud stencil was used for the sky.

The greeting was stamped on a little banner die cut. Here are the Copics I used:
