Watercolor Hugs

It’s my pleasure to host the Splitcoast Featured Stamper Challenge (FS695) so a big congrats to Chrysi! She has a wonderful gallery & I chose THIS card to case. I kept the blues & watery looking bg but used different images, dies & swapped out a curved flower for the curved palm tree.

For my card, I made a watercolor bg which originally was going to be the feature of the card, but to my eyes, just wasn’t that impressive. So it’s now a background & I think it works better there. The flower image is a layered, multi part stamp & I used some different blues & greens to stamp it onto the circle. The partial greeting was white embossed onto the cobalt blue.

Thanks so much for stopping by!
