Congrats to Joanne, the newest Featured Stamper (FS642) on Splitcoast! She has a wonderful gallery & I was inspired by THIS patriotic card. I kept the Freedom theme & flag,  but I used different stamps, different dies & changed the layout. And this Memorial Day, please take a moment to remember & give thanks to those that gave their lives to ensure our freedom.Â
For my card, I stamped the patriotic wave, multiple times (to get good coverage). A Misti is really handy for solid images like this. Since the ink I used isn’t technically for use w/ Copics, I heat set it then carefully colored in the red stripe & fussy cut the top edge. I did the same for the big heart shaped flag image. The cityscape & USA were die cut & I had to link the letters because I ran out of room to stretch them out. The greeting is 2 put together & I used a corner rounder on the rectangle.
