Such a fun site Angie chose for the Inspiration Challenge (IC671)! I was really drawn to THIS colorful Halloween skull image. I had a new (plain) skull image so I stamped it then drew in all of the patterns w/ a multiliner pen & colored them w/ Copics. I added a few more white teeth & some dots w/ a white paint pen. 
The spider web was stamped multiple times on the black using persimmon oxide ink. Love how it gives it a spooky glow. I added the greeting onto an ornate label die cut.
