Red Christmas Bug

I made this for the Splitcoaststampers Fan Club March Christmas Challenge! I’ve been having so much fun being a part of the challenge this year & the bonus is I’ll have a bunch of Christmas cards finished in plenty of time for Christmas this year. You’ll need to be Fan Club member but that’s easy…just click the blue link to find out how.

After placing this fun Christmas Bug image into my Misti, I stamped it & colored it w/ Copics. I did do a light overlay w/ Prismacolor pencils & a white gel pen then I over stamped it to bring back the line details.  I used the matching die to die cut it. I found some fun paper I thought looked perfect behind it & had to cobble together some of the buildings & add a little to them w/ the white gel pen,  to have it look like I wanted.  The red bug & greeting were attached to a stitched frame I elevated above the background w/ fun foam.

Here are the Copics I used.

Thanks so much for stopping by!
