Today’s Sketch Challenge (SC549) looked really interesting so I gave it a try. Actually my card is pretty easy…
…except for the part where after die cutting all the sections, I had to put them back together & make them fit inside the matting die. Yep..not that part. The background on top was already made & in my stash so that was easy. It’s a water color w/ Brushos & splattered w/ gold acrylic paint. The gold embossing of the stars & splatter was easy…but not the greeting. I had to do a lot of masking to combine two greetings, so not that part. And not the part where I accidentally hit the spoon sitting in the jar of embossing powder & it went everywhere…definitely not that part. But die cutting the gold star which just happened to be the exact right size of the original image was easy 🙂Â
Thanks so much for stopping by!
