Some designer paper and a few dies are all you need to make this nautical card. Use whichever colors float your boat! I went with a deep blue for the frame and some neutrals for my lighthouse. The frame and scenic paper really steal the show.
For the Inspiration Challenge this week, we are visiting Unshattered & their Pinterest Board. I used the colors in THIS bag for my inspiration.
I knew I wanted to use this paper & I also wanted a lighthouse so i picked some tans & blues & die cut several lighthouses then pieced them together. The idea I had in my head was to make a dk blue frame w/ the paper showing thru the middle. When I saw the sea frame I decided that was what I wanted & in order to have the paper show thru, I die cut an oval in the center. The designer paper was cut w/ an oval slightly larger than the cut out & the paper was placed behind it. The lighthouse was popped up & placed on top of the frame. I used a tag for the greeting & attached it. Pretty simple to make!
Thanks so much for stopping by!
