A big Congrats to Sharon, the newest Featured Stamper (FS687) on Splitcoast! She has a lovely gallery, full of mixed media & after much browsing, I chose THIS for my case. I was using mostly the card underneath w/ the vertical bands of color & honeycomb pattern. I kept the color bands & honeycomb pattern, but used only 3 bands, different images & dies, & used a large flower & greeting square instead of a circle.
On the 3 honeycomb bg panels, I used a hexagon bg image & several colors of the Color Fuse ink pad sets for each narrow panel. I used a rectangle stitch die to cut them & had to used my resizing technique to make them smaller (it will work when making things smaller, as well as bigger). For the flower, I used the some of the yellow & red Color Fuse sets & die cut it w/ the matching die. A second center was stamped & fussy cut to add on top. I used some of the cut off honeycomb strips to line the inside of the square scallop frame & stamped the greeting on the inside square.
Thanks so much for stopping by!
