A pretty fall coffee card using a tall coffee go cup and some lovely fall paper for the background. Easy to make and perfect for a coffee lover who loves pumpkin spice and fall.

For the Inspiration Challenge (IC929) we’re visiting Loft & their Pinterest Board. I used THIS shirt for my inspiration.

My card is pretty easy. After die cutting the go cup parts out of different colors, I ran the kraft colored sleeve part thru my crimper to give it the sleeve look. The little pumpkins & leaves spray was colored & die cut to attach on top of it. I used a smaller mini slimline die to cut the long panel behind it then used a plaid piercing cover die on top of it to give it some texture. The other pumpkin and some leaves were also colored & die cut. I used a stitched circle for the greeting & a leftover white circle (colored w/ a Copic to match) for the backing. The pretty paper (coming soon!) was die cut & I added a narrow pumpkin colored layer behind it & the slimline panel.

The go cup was shaped a little to give it that rounded look. To keep its shape, I ran a piece of cardboard thru the crimper & folded it a couple of times then attached it to the center part of the cup.

Here are the Copics I used:

  • Espresso Owl

An easy, coffee themed card w/ a cute little owl & some pretty coffee paper. Perfect for a coffee loving friend or family member.

A big congrats to Annette, the newest Featured Stamper (FS865)! She has a sweet gallery & I chose THIS card for my inspiration. I kept most of the layout but flipped it, changed the images, dies & colors.

My card has a coffee theme & a cute little coffee loving owl. After coloring & die cutting him, I die cut the ivory circle, stamped the greeting on it then die cut a larger circle of designer paper to go behind it. I die cut the lighter paper then lined up where the darker circle would go & used the same die on the left edge of this circle. I trimmed off the edge of the ivory circle to fit. The open leaf greenery was die cut out of a dk metallic bronze and placed around the the edges of the circles.

The greeting circle & owl were popped up.

These are the Copics I used (minus the greens):

  • Coffee Owls

A fun, easy to make coffee themed card w/ adorable little owls & coffee printed paper. Perfect pick-me-up for a friend or relative who loves coffee.

We are visiting Bloons Pinterest Board for this week’s Inspiration Challenge (IC921) & I found THIS picture. I liked the colors so I used them for the basis of my card.

The owls were colored & die cut & I thought this cute coffee paper would work well behind them. The above view of the round cups reminded me of the balloons in the picture. I added very narrow dk brown layers behind the two panels in order to show off the detail edges of the dies.

The owls were popped up slightly & I added some sequins for a little sparkle.
