Moose Lights


A light hearted Christmas card featuring a funny moose all tangled up in Christmas lights. He has cute little bluebird friend and a stenciled background of lights on a string. Sure to make the recipient smile.

It’s my turn to host the Featured Stamper Challenge (FS915) so a big congrats to Judy! She has terrific gallery & after much browsing, I chose THIS card to case. I kept the layout & winter/holiday  theme, but used different images, dies & colors. I also moved the greeting & left off the ribbon & snowflakes.

After coloring & die cutting the tangled moose & little bird, I die cut the greeting square & lg white background along w/ 2 cobalt blue scallop layers. I used a stencil & some bright inks for the lights, then added a white highlight on them w/ a white gel pen.  The moose & little bird are popped up a bit.
