For the Splitcoast Inspiration Challenge (IC853) we’re visiting James Street Home Decor where I found THISÂ mat w/ all the cute animals to use for my inspiration.
To make my selfie card, I started by stamping the group of friends image & coloring it. I wanted it to resemble a polaroid so I die cut a white layer then used a rounded square to cut out the window for the animals. Two sizes of the rounded stitched rectangles were used to make the little frame on top. I thought it needed a little more defining, so I die cut a black layer & used a lg circle die to cut an opening to frame the animals. For the greeting, I stamped the Life verse then dug thru my stamps. Since I was going for a selfie, I wanted a hashtag to add to it. I found one in the Toy Blocks set & stamped it along w/ the script Friends (from the Best Friend set). Now the friends all set to post their selfie to social media!
