For the Splitcoast Inspiration Challenge (IC824), we have the Peruvian Connection Store & Pinterest Board where I found THIS picture.
For my card, I die cut the coverplate die out of heavy w/c paper & before I took it out of the die, I put painter’s tape across the back to hold all the inset pieces together. I removed the frame part & attached it to one I cut out of cardboard to elevate it a bit. I had a bunch of colors of the Brushos already mixed in a palette so I added water & painted the inset pieces w/ the different colors. When they dried, I went over them all w/ some iridescent w/c medium to add the sparkle. Then I peeled them off the tape & attached them inside the frame. The little greeting & a couple of die cut flourishes were added to finish.
Thanks so much for stopping by!

Wow, Julie! You nailed that inspiration! It’s perfect! Thanks for the tip about the painters tape. I have no idea how to deal with dies with all the fiddly bits.
