Best Blooms

Congrats to Lee Ann, the newest Featured Stamper (FS648) on Splitcoast! I’ve been a fan of Lee Ann’s for a long time & I had a hard time picking just one.  I kept coming back to THIS card. I loved the colors & silhouette image so I kept those, but I used die cut flowers instead of stamped, different greeting & added a couple of layers.

I started by cutting a mask that sort of followed the shape of the die cut flowers, then sponging the yellow orange on the right & turquoise on the left. I actually made 2 of these panels & die cut one smaller than the other to place on top. A black zigzag frame was added  & the black flowers were attached to a white version for a little dimension. I finished it w/ the greeting & some black sequins.
