Penguin Carolers

It’s my turn to host the Splitcoast Inspiration Challenge (IC674) & I chose Christmas Central as the site. Christmas will be here before you know it so better get busy! I was inspired by THIS cute plate. I just love the cute penguins.

For my penguin carolers, after stamping, coloring & die cutting them, I hunted around for some paper to go behind them. Nothing looked quite right until I found this box of patterned Christmas cards. It was one of those that had different printed patterns but still blank. I bought them on clearance a long time ago & mostly just to use the card fronts & envelopes. After I die cut it & a white layer, I used a new angled border die to cut the white panel. Originally, I had the black snowflake pattern at the bottom, but decided I liked it better the other way around. The greeting was stamped on a circle along w/ some little snowflakes then I put it all together.

Here’s a look at the inside & below it are the Copics I used.

Thanks so much for stopping by!
