To make my Butterfly Wish card, I stamped the Butterfly Dream image repeatedly across a white panel then heat embossed it w/ white powder. The distress inks were then sponged across mainly the left side & I let them fade to white on the right. Some random water dots were sprinkled on top, then I took a water brush and lifted the color from the little leaves & added just a touch of green. It was die cut first w/ the largest matting basic die then I used one several sizes smaller to cut out the inside & I inserted a white layer between them.
The first part of the greeting was also done using emboss resist & the Wish die cut was double stacked. The Daisy Garden border die was cut out of white then I separated the diamond part from the flowers and attached one under the top layer & the other on top. I found some wide pink tulle polka dot ribbon & fussed w/ it a bit until I arrived at how it looks now.Â
Here’s a look at the inside.
Please be sure to comment on all the DT Blogs..it will be so appreciated & also increase your chances of winning!
