For my Just Add Water card, I pulled out some Distress Inks & a craft sheet to make my background. The inks were pressed onto the craft sheet, a little apart, then I spritzed it w/ water until they started to run & pressed the piece of water color paper onto the watery inks. After the first pressing, I dried it just a bit w/ my heat tool then pressed it again until I was happy with the way it looked. After drying it again, I put the background into my Misti & stamped the Dream, Imagine & Create words on the large bg & the A onto a die cut square of another section. The Misti really helped as I had to stamp these twice to get good coverage on the textured water color paper.
On the A, I used a paintbrush loaded w/ clear water & a paper towel to lift some of the color inside the A and inside the frame. Then I used Tombow makers to add the green. I also added the green to 2 letters I cut apart from the Create die to form the rest of the “Art”. The little bead curtains were made using the little chain from the Ornament Pops set & filling in the circles w/ the green marker.
Here’s a look at the inside. I haven’t figured out what greeting to use, so I left it blank for now.

Julie I’m stunned! What a wonderful card! Everything about it makes my jaw drop – the “A” with the little die cut letters to make Art. The beads in the background. The beautiful “smooshed” background. Thanks for creating such a gorgeous card!
Gorgeous background. I like how you added the word Art.
