What a fun Technique Lover’s Challenge today (TLC411)! Everyone picks a TLC challenge from 2012! So I went with one I really wanted to try but didn’t have a chance to the first time around...TLC361, Inspired by Belleek! I only used a section of the panel I did using the sky blue ink and the Juli’s Garden embossing folder. I used the same folder on the larger background, just the reverse side. The card stock I used is actually called Tag Board and I used it because it has a warm cream color instead of stark white.
The sentiment and both label designs were white embossed on lt blue c/s and die cut w/ the matching dies. I used several flower punches for my big bloom. The edges were colored w/ a blue Copic marker, curled and layered together. The finished card is 4.25 x 5.50. I really love the look of this technique and I made a few more backgrounds for future use.
Thanks so much for stopping by!
