This was also inspired by the Inspiration Challenge (IC678) & THIS is the picture/colors that inspired me.

To make my Wonderland card, I stamped the Winter Fence Line, masked off the bottom, put a circle mask for the moon & sponged in the pink & lilac for the sky. I used Copics to color the shadows on the snow then added snow in the sky & on the trees w/ a white gel pen. After die cutting the lilac & purple layers, the greeting was white embossed under the window.  I attached the scene behind the window then added the die cut snowflakes & a little stickles on the snow in the trees.

Here’s a look at the inside…more sponging & the same fence line was stamped w/ the lilac ink. Below it are the Copics I used.

Happy New Year!!

A big congrats to Tara, the newest Featured Stamper (FS517) on Splitcoast! She has a wonderful gallery and I chose THIS to case. I kept the pink & white colors & vertical layered layout, but I used different images, stamped the background instead of embossing, moved the embossing to the mittens & made mine a winter card.

I stamped the Winter Words repeatedly across the white panel w/ pink chalk ink then added a die cut pink layer behind it. The Warm Wishes was stamped on a stitched arch then I added just the bow from a die cut star die & punched two mittens out of pink, embossed them w/ a knit folder & used a white Permapaque marker over the top of the embossing. A few pink die cut snowflakes finished it.

Here’s a look at the inside w/ a new greeting. It may be hard to see, but I stamped the Interlocking Snow Bg all over it w/ pink Distress ink.
