For my Ferris Wheel shaker card, I put the image in my Misti, stamped w/ Memento, colored w/ Copics then over stamped w/ Versafine. I die cut the entire panel w/ one of the matting basics, then used a stitched rectangle die for the inside. I had to do a little into the window around the ferris wheel by determining which areas to trim around & lift above the die to keep from cutting them off. I used a clear envelope for the shaker part..sprinkled a tiny bit of glitter & added the sequins, then taped the edges shut & attached it behind the opening. I put the cut off background back behind the ferris wheel, added some foam tape all around the edges, then attached it to a slightly larger cobalt blue layer.
For the larger stamped background, I used the Ink Spots image and the sky blue ink all over the die cut layer then attached everything to my card.
Here are the Copics I used.
