Don’t you love this Candy Jar? Wonderful image & so fun to color. After stamping, coloring & die cutting, I added foam layer to pop it up before attaching to the red layer. I found some peppermint paper in the right colors for the background & added the greeting on a stitched circle die cut. I colored & fussy cut some holly (from Bells w/ Holly) to go behind the circle.

Here’s a look at the inside.

Please be sure to comment on all the is much appreciated & also increases your chances of winning!

The Clean & Simple Challenge (CAS505) is Trick or Treat! I have a really quick card. The background was in my stash, so I was already half way home.

I saw a greeting similar to this & thought hmmm..I can do that! It took a little finagling w/ the letters from a couple of word set dies, but I did it.  Before I die cut the letters, I embossed them w/ a sparkly black powder. I did the same to part of the feather & the mask. The mask is actually a large mustache punch turned upside down, lol. I cut two holes for the eyes & it became a mask. I if the skull wasn’t scary enough, now he’s got a mask. The black grid bg is a leftover from TLC235 Painted Grid where I took drywall mesh, put it on a brayer, rolled it thru white paint then onto the black card stock.

Here’s a look at the inside.

A big congrats to Adriana, the newest Featured Stamper (FS612) on Splitcoast! She has a really cute, fun gallery & I chose THIS to case. I kept most of the colors & coffee theme, but I used different images & dies & turned my layout vertical.

After stamping & coloring the image, I added the greeting & a little stickles to the whipped cream. The rust panel was stamped w/ the lower part of a calendar grid & a little color added randomly. Just a narrow strip of teal was added under the top layer to help tie the colors together.

Here’s a look at the inside & below it are the Copics I used.
